1. Services Covered

This policy covers refunds and cancellations for:

• Visiting card design & printing
• Poster design & printing
• Shared advertisement paper (multi-business ad sharing)
• Poster distribution services
• Local business listing packages
• Any custom marketing or promotional service

2. General Policy

All marketing and printing services require time, resources, and design work. Therefore, refunds are limited and depend on the service stage when cancellation is requested.

3. Refund Eligibility

A) Printing Services (Visiting Cards, Posters, Shared Ads Paper)

• Before design work starts: 100% refund allowed.
• After design is completed but before printing: 50% refund (design cost deducted).
• After printing has started or completed: No refund possible.

B) Poster Distribution

• Before scheduling distribution: 100% refund.
• After posters are printed but not distributed: Refund possible minus printing cost.
• After distribution has started: No refund.

C) Shared Ads Paper (Shared Advertising Space)

• Once your space is booked and designed, cancellation is not allowed.
• If printing is delayed due to internal issues, we may reschedule the print date but refunds are not guaranteed.

D) Business Listing Packages

• Listings once published are non-refundable.
• If you request removal, we will remove your listing but payment is not refunded.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

• User provides incorrect information or late approvals.
• Delays caused by third-party vendors or holidays.
• Customized services specifically created for the user.
• Completed design, printing, or marketing service.

5. Cancellations

You may request cancellation by contacting us immediately. Cancellation is approved only if the service has not progressed too far.

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed to your bank account or original payment method within 5–10 business days.
