- Marketing & Printing Services: We offer marketing-related services such as visiting card design & printing, poster design & printing, shared ads paper (flyers/newspaper ad space coordination), poster distribution and related promotional or WhatsApp marketing services. These marketing services may be offered directly by us or by trusted third-party vendors we coordinate with.
2. Clarification — What We Are Not
- We are not a retail e-commerce store selling physical goods for immediate purchase on the Platform (unless explicitly stated for a specific service).
- We are not responsible for the internal operations of listed businesses (except for marketing services we directly provide or coordinate).
3. Business Listings & Content
If you submit a listing or content (photos, descriptions, contact information) you grant us permission to publish that content on the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring the information you submit is accurate and lawful.
Public listing information (name, address, phone, photos, description) may be visible to all Platform visitors. We may edit or remove listings that violate our policies or receive valid complaints.
4. Marketing / Paid Services
When you purchase marketing or printing services from us (for example, visiting cards, posters, shared ad placements, distribution), the following apply:
- Service Agreement: Each paid service will be subject to a separate order, quote, or invoice which will specify scope, timelines, and pricing.
- Payments: Payment terms will be shown on the order. We may accept online or offline payments through trusted payment providers. Failure to pay may delay or stop service delivery.
- Third Parties: Some services may be fulfilled by third-party vendors. We will coordinate fulfillment but are not liable for vendor acts beyond our control, except where local law requires otherwise.
- Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellation and refund rules will be described in the quote or invoice for the specific service. Please request cancellations by contacting our support promptly.
5. User Responsibilities
By using the Platform you agree not to:

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we provide the Platform and services “as is” and are not liable for losses arising from inaccurate listings, vendor performance, service interruptions, or third-party actions. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid to us for the specific service that gives rise to the claim.
9. Account / Listing Removal
We may suspend, remove or edit listings or refuse services that violate these Terms or applicable law, or that we reasonably believe are harmful or fraudulent.
10. Privacy
Your use of our Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use data.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
